R2 per day deducted without permission

Good day I realised today that there was R2 a day deducted from my account for something called "Vodacom airG". I did not subscribe to this at all. So if you could please do the following: 1) Reverse the R2 per day that was deducted from the account 2) Explain to me how this was loaded onto my account 3) Help me understand how you will prevent this from happening again Kind regards, Carel

Thank you for the prompt response and manner in which this was handled. I would however still suggest that if these things are ****s, that Vodacom does something about it to block it.
