R16350.00 Error on Vodacoms part

I am dealing with a matter since November 2025 - and no one can seem to resolve the issue. Vodacom wants R16350.00 from me for an error they cannot seem to resolve. HILDA MPHOSO - *** - needs to resolve this matter. CHECK YOUR SYSTEMS. How is it that I owe R16350? I have also tried emailing everyone there - including *** - no one gets back to you
