R1600 Credit but cant transfer

I have multiple Contracts with Vodacom, and when i got the last ( Flexi 750 ) i was told the R750 credit i get i can transfer to my other vodacom number. So i canceled my contract moving to prepaid as i have R750 every month i can use. Now i am told i can not transfer my R1600 credit, not even R29 data from my credit to my other vodacom number. So i was mislead into this contract. Vodacom T&C states : 12. A contract customer may transfer an SMS, MMS or Data bundle to any Vodacom contract, prepaid or top up customer.
