R100 penalty fee!

There was insufficient money in my account on the 1 March 2017 and my vodacom bill of R208,50 was unpaid. I made a payment arrangement that I will pay the money before the 27 March 2017. When I called the call centre today, they told me I need to pay a R100 penalty fee. I told them that this is a ridiculous amount of money seeing that my bill is double that amount. I asked them for proof that I need to pay a R100 penalty fee. They told me its at the back of my statements and invoices, i checked and I saw nothing. They told me to check my contract and obviously I cant see the contract because I dont have a copy with me... the store owners keep the contracts. I asked the call centre agent to send me proof that a R100 penalty fee must be paid and she couldn't give me any proof and instead she put the phone down in my face.

This is the first time I hear of a R100 penalty fee as I paid late before and never ever did I have to pay such a big fee and Ive been with vodacom for over 15 years. If I remember clearly there was nothing in my contract of a R100 penalty fee as well. I also have a business account with Vodacom and I have paid late before and I didnt have to pay a R100 penalty fee.

I'm not happy with the way how I was treated by the call centre and non of them could provide me proof. I refuse to pay such a big amount because I didnt pay this amount before and im sure its not stipulated in my contract as well.
