R100 for late debit for a promptly paying customer, No integrity in your callcentre.

I have a long standing debt order, Vodacom is always last to debit especially if my debit order date falls on a Saturday, which is a working day. Some companies have a technology that takes money when my salary is paid even before the date, so their monies take frst preference. For such a big organisaton why do you not have this? Your accounts call center is a joke to say the least. It was a lousy bday present from vodacom on my feb debit order run. 25 was on saturday and you took ur debit on Monday AFTER NOON, I only noticed because you didn’t debit me first thing which is what I thought u did, I withdrew cash out of my account after midday which is a reasonable time to have done your part, instead I incurred charges from my bank and now you want to bill me R100 for the missed direct debit, that’s not fair, I pay you on time, why can’t u debit me on time. Then after speaking to your call centre, which I’m still waiting for feedback on the lying agent’s on your floor. They said it’s on my contract which I don’t have and not in a position to scan documents to u, but i went to vodaworld on 01Apr since I had to cancel my debit order. At point of sale vodacom doesn’t give the customer a contract they sign that says you can bill me or submit your magtape at anytime on the next working day. Imagine if your salary was paid at any time of your pay day, instead its common decency to have it by midday. Now you expect ,me to pay you R100 for your shoddy service which I didn’t sign up for. I suggest you reverse that ridiculous expectation and update my credit record accordingly. i have proof that i took out a cash amount that far exceeds your debit order amount. let’s communicate effectively please. I’m a loyal customer, why do you not value this relationship? i am up to date with payment but i have not paid R100, and I have been speaking to your call Centre and they are very inconsistent and some of your staff members are ***** that pose as managers ie. Zintle. Please guys can you treat your customers fairly, with integrity.

How olong does it take for your to respond to me, because this in unfair. God knows what you are updating on my credit profile. i have always paid you on time and now you have just hung me to dry just like that. You have been effecient on this platform at the least but I am rather shocked you still have not made any contact?
