R10 000 can't get me the R1500 phone

Hi my Name is Ernest I went to your vodaworld for query abt the points phone,I went there and I liked the Nokia 530 or samsung J1 I was then told I must choose the entry level phone for price value of R500 or so,Thembani the supervisor incharge told me that he doesn't have authority to do anything however he understand that the phone I am being advised to take is not as good as the one I want,I was very disturbed by that,I am imagining a client who give you R10 000 within 6 months or so, is the customer to keep and recognised,Been. A loyal client for over 15 years despite the bad signal,bad service and dropped calls,I am still standing by your side,I believe that when you do something do it right and the best way otherwise don't do anything that appears tobe not real and sign of patronizing your clients,as it really doesn't make sense that R10 000 can't get me R1500 phone,it doesn't make sense at all,I like to,I need your help please let's resolve this issue,regards Ernest
