R1 in arrears and you list me with the credit bureaus as being in arrears for the month!!!!
You list me with Experian for 1 month in arrears for R1!!!! Are you mentally deranged??!! I pay thousands monthly and you list me in arrears with Experian for a pathetic R1!!
I've sent an email with screenshots to your social media department. What the **** is wrong with Vodacom?!! Perfect record, with 2 arranged monthly skips, then made up as arranged since 2014 and you do this??!! Seriously you're all mental and should be diagnosed. You can't stuff up my credit history over such a pathetic figure. I pay you every month days before the due date-that won't happen anymore (you can lose a bit of interest) with me paying my account on the due date, no more 5/6 days in advance!

It's amazing how humans no longer have to be responsible, take charge....etc. It's so easy to blame the computer. What is becoming of large corporations?
