Quote that I didn't request

I have been calling vodacom since the beginning of the month to request a order for double deal contract. And now I just canceled because no assistance .after that then a new quote was created and the agent is refusing to cancel that quote .I request a urgent call to fix this and update my credit report...Vpdacom staff so *********** and don't listen at all.they are always ready to capture info without listening
