Quote (***)

Vodacom has created a quote (***)on my name for a particular phone .I did not give anybody the permission to do so. Who gives them the right to create a quote on my name without my knowledge or permission. What type of policy is this, that they can talk to anybody on behalf of account holder and create a contract!!!!!!!. I taught that they should get my consent or permission to create a quote for a particular device from their store. So they can speak to anybody on my behalf and create a contract on my name. That is *****,which I don’t stand for!!!!..
