Quotation shows no payment due- debit order deduct

Asked for a premature cancellation quotation on 06.01.2015, initial contract expiry date 12.02.2015<br> Cancelled my contract, signed emailed and faxed back the papers on 06.01.2015<br> Premature cancellation quotation showed that if I were to cancel contract now I would owe Vodacom nothing- no payment due. Yet R209.00 was deducted from my account on 31.01.2015<br> When asked why? No, the cancellation department cant see amounts owed on Invoices already made out in January? Excuse me but shouldn't the cancellation quotation include all costs owed to Vodacom? As once I've signed that quotation I state that I no longer want to be a Vodacom contract customer. Just so funny that when I asked for a cancellation quotation in 2014 it stated that this amount excludes the amount which is payable at the end of the month. But now it didn't? Exactly why I left Vodacom, BS like this.
