Quotation canceled & No client service

On Wednesday, 11 Janaury 2017, my girlfriend called Vodacom Online to add a contract to her current contract. She asked for approval for a Huawei P9 lite, the consultant (Shanina) told her that this phone was discontinued. She then ask to get approval for a Huawei P8 lite on the Flexi 200 package, which she received a sms that said the contract has been APPROVED! She then went to the Vodacom Shop in Malmesbury, Western Cape, as they had the Huawei P9 lite in stock and she wanted this phone and not the P8 Lite from Vodacom Online. After sitting in the shop for an hour, the consultant at the store could not help her to cancel the quotation from Vodacom Online and she left the store to contact Vodacom Online herself. After 10minutes the quotation was cancelled. She then went back to Vodacom Malmesbury and app**** for the Huawei P8 lite on the Flexi 200 package, which she has been DECLINED for, this happend 17:00 on Wednesday. The consultant at Vodacom Malmesbury told her that she will get approval for the Huawei P8 Lite the next morning(Thursday, 12 January 2017) first thing. At 10:30 today (12 January 2017) my girlfriend had no contact with Vodacom Malmesbury and decided to get hold of the consultant at the store, then the Consultant told her that she did not do the Vet Check yet and she will be doing it straight away. At 12:05 my girlfriend had no reply from the consultant and phoned the store again. The consultant was busy and would've called her back. No call by 13:00 has been done to my girlfriend. My girlfriend contacted the store again just to find out that the application was DECLINED again. Next step was to call Vodacom Online again to ask what's going on and to apply for the Huawei P8 Lite again. The Consultant at Vodacom Online (Jo-Ann) was so rude and told my girlfriend that she can not apply again. Jo-Ann transferred my girlfriend to Customer Care and they also couldn't help my girlfriend and then they transferred her to the Sales Consultants again were she spoke to Consultant Lindawe. This consultant told her that she can only apply ONCE each 3 months for a new contract as Vodacom can only do ONE vet check every 3 months on a client and if she wanted to know why she has been declined at Vodacom Malmesbury for the same contract as she has been APPROVED for the first time, then my girlfriend must call Vodacom Malmesbury again............. HOW CAN THIS BE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Vodacom is a service provider and makes a lot of money out of contract clients. HOW can one just apply ONCE for another contract every 3 months. If you are a good client, paying your contract each month with a debit order, with no outstanding money or without debit orders not going off, WHY would you push such a client away from your services. Just as Vodacom needs to do bussiness to survive, so must each of us have a cellphone to work with in different work environments.
