Good evening VODACOM

Received the above sms to cell number *** this afternoon ,

This is truly disgraceful ,

I spoke to someone about packages available about a month ago ,

I have also tried to follow up via phone and email

I specifically requested all the 24 month deals , we discussed them and then they said would send me the quotation to peruse ,

And now today I am told my phone has been upgraded as per the above reference on a 3 year contract , Im not even aware of the contract details ,

I have not signed this , agreed to this or accepted this
