Quick resolution

I had posted a review regarding the lack of assistance from Vodacom Cresta.

Soon after, a consultant called and my complaint was resolved the following day.

I did not expect any feedback - much less such a quick turn around time.

Thank you Marlen - I really appreciate your prompt assistance and for following up to ensure that all is satisfactory.

Side comment: Marlen, you deserve a 5 star, but unfortunately I am rating Vodacom. I did not give more stars as I do not understand why it had to take a Hello Peter post to get anything done.
