I received a mail from Thabiso Sunday evening apologising for the lack of communication and gave me the information I was looking for. Ruan also mailed me to apologise. Today Vodacom's contractors was on site to survey and see how they will get the fibre inside the house. Thank you for responding and answering my questions, it was all I was looking for. I would also like to compliment you on the urgency with which you attended to the issue.
