Quick and efficient response to complaint

Within seconds of posting my complaint about Vodacom on Hello Peter, I was contacted by Vodacom. I spoke with Elpino Martin who knew exactly what the problem was and resolved it immediately. I was even given an additional complimentary service. I am extremely impressed with Vodacom and overjoyed that a complaint on Hello Peter can resolve issues so promptly. I shall now be taking out additional contracts with Vodacom.
