Query still not attend since 4th of December !!!

On the 4th of December, I took my cell in for repairs at Vodacom , when i received it back, turned on and made a call i found that Vodacom have processed a request i submitted 4 MONTHS AGO! I did no longer need my old number to be ported to a new one. I have been trying since the 9th of December to get my old number back with no joy !<br> <br> I have spoken to the following people at the call center with NO JOY, PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ! <br> <br> Tulile Dinabantu and Fundiswa Booi Sithabiseni and Shirley Meslane and Sindi Masango and SAmeul Marema and Charlotte Mohohlo and Chantel Jill and her supervisor Patric. <br> <br> I have spoken to the following people at the vodacom shop :<br> <br> Assistant manager at Brooklyn vodacom , she could not do anything.<br> Customer Assistant at the Vodacom Store centurion JP , he said i must bring an affidavit ( why ? i dint not break any law and this is pathetic to request this from a customer seeing vodacom is providing me with a service i pay R1000 per month)<br> <br> Seems like vodacom cant help them self after i spend 4,5 hours on the phone with them<br> <br> I am so desperate to get my previous number back <br> <br> PLEASE HELP ME !!!????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br> <br> <br>
