Query resolved

Thank you so much for your assistance Vodacom.I couldnt think that my query will be resolved the way things were mixed up. I manage to upgrade today and I am a happy customer. You proved to me that no matter how high the mountain is, you can climb it for the sake of your customers. Today I am walking woth smile because my things are sorted and the consultant at voda shop east rsnd mall accepted me with smile and respect. From the first am moving foward with my new upgrade package. Thank you Vodacom for resolving my issue. It was not easy.
