I had a complaint with Vodacom., i was sent from pillar to post and no one seemed interested to take ownership of my complain until Zanele Mgwevane came on board.<br> <br> She handled my problem professionally and efficiency. She made sure that i was updated with the status update of my query. She always called to make sure that my query is receiving all the necessarily attention.<br> <br> Thanks to Zanele, she clearly understand what customer services means.....she is a star...<br> <br> She is one of the best assets in Vodacom...<br> <br> Please Vodacom make sure she gets the best Christamas gift on my behalf!!!
