Query on vodacom
Dear Sir/Madam
It is a matter of concern as a long standing vodacom customer in regards to your service in sorting out my querry I have had for a few months now. I have gone into your Branch twice and had excellent service from your consultants however the resolving of this is needed to be done from your part as querry department... my cell number is *** .... ID ***. We have already lodged two complaints already so I don't find it necessary to go into lengthy detail in regards to this matter.
Kindly attend to this issue with urgency in order for me to move forward. I donot have the time to keep making enquiries about these simple matters that just needs a little attention.
Please forward this to department concerned as well as management.

Our records indicate that the Business Partner made contact with you yesterday and they have reversed the two upgrades and deleted the handset installments on both contracts.
