Query not resolved

My complaint last week was part solved. Funny how they update it as being solved. The query was going to be given to the initial consultant that dealt with it, think his name was Grant or Gary. Still no call or feedback. I want to know where my 5GB of data went on my wifi router if i havent used the device until a day or two before query was logged
