<p>After been told they will get back to me it's been weeks no reply today I was told I was send a SMS which I clearly did not get after checking my phone. This service is unacceptable coming from a service provider claiming they are the best bull ****. They are the biggest ***** on this planet. Never once did I expect a service provider I was supporting for more then 10 years would turn out to become this bad. Bad bad bad service no respect for paying customers today I will request to have my contract cancelled</p>

i had this already always someone will call me but no one does for over a year my problem remain I'm tired of being played like this this is unexceptable now I really want to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom and I will refuse to pay you can blacklist me for all I care
