****py Vodacom repair/credit standards

Firstly I must say I am impressed with the Vodacom repair centre and shop in Centurion mall. I had to take my phone in for repairs - an LG V60 - on the 3rd of January. They said it will take 1 to 2 weeks. After basically 3 weeks I got my phone back. They had to replace the screen because the problem area was attached to it. Take my ph9ne home and the on screen fingerprint sensor is not working. Take it back the following day. After almost 2 weeks I get a phone call that they are not replacing the phone but will pass credit to the store I handed it in and I can get a new phone in 24 to 48 hours. Credit only came through to the store almost 5 workdays after the call. Untill credit was finally passed nobody could tell me the amount. When I could finally go get my phone the only phones available I either have to pay in about R2500 immdiately or loose more than R3000 on the phone value. Vodacom is not willing to adjust my monthly contract value higher or lower so I had to take a phone that is worse than I had and I loose about R3000 because I don't have the funds to just take out and pay R2500.
