<p>After my post - I recieved the generic reply on email from DOMINIC - not even a request from my contact number so he could call me and take the time to understand and assist with my frustration. He said that someone would contact me regarding the upgrade issues and guess what no contact!</p> <p>I responded to his email and guess what no contact - clearly the customer service managers/team need to understand what customer service is - never ever ever had to go through 2 complaints to get assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>definitely dissappointed!</p>
