****py service from Vodacom

I made a cellphone application online with Vodacom... did i not receive the worst service of my life?! My application was cancelled without any valid reason, i spoke to a nice lady called Leticia who told me that the lady that opened my application will get back to me, I've been calling them everyday only to reach a dead end... I will never I still won't recommend anyone to take a contract phone with Vodacom.. "South Africa's best network" with a very bad customer consideration.
