****py service from Lucy Kubheka (call centre supervisor)

I loaded airtime via my cellphone banking for R80. 00. I received a notification from my bank statung that the R80. 00 had been deducted but to my surprise, the airtime was not loaded... I called the 1st time and spoke to an agent that made me feel like I was stupid and didnt know what I was doing, like it was my 1st time buyin airtime via cellphone banking. He told me to restart my phone and the airtime should be available. I did that and nothing still. I called the second tme and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Lucy Kubheka, who blatantly told me there's nothing she can do, I'll just have to wait for feedback from their technicians (which may take ip to 48 hours). I asked for her email address so I can forward her my bank statement reflecting the debit of R80. 00 and she rudely told me she can't give me her email address and it's the company's policy that they dont out their email addresses. I did not ask Lebo for his email address because i know agents can't give out their email addresses but I fail to understand why a supervisor can't give their email address to customers;whom Vodacom has *****ed over by not loading the airtime. I asked to speak to Lucy's Operations Manager Joseph Mokgadi and Lucy told me stories. No solution was offered, Lucy gave 0 care about my situation. So my question to you Vodacom, is this how you treat your customers? Is this how you win us over? By giving us ****y service and employing people like Lucy? Who can't seem to think of solutions to resolve customer queries? My understanding of a team leader/supervisor is someone who can take ownership of customer queries and will try by all means to resolve customer queries but instead, your Lucy was morw useless than Lebo, who tried to check where the fault may be. I cannot wait 48hours to make a call to my sick daughter who just had an operation. I need compensation for this mess up. I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY 11 MAY 2017
