Really shocking service!

I have paid for months now between the 1st and 4th every month. Never had a problem in regards with late payment as they say! April and May they put me up as late payments. My ITC score is now down 12 point due to them! My foschini for example i pay the same and don't have a problem. They keep on telling me on email but this needs to be paid by last day of the month...

So why wasnt it a problem before

I will not continue with this place once my contract ends! Customer care and email service people are pretty useless!!! So gatvol of this game they play!!!
