****PY AND UNAUTHORIZED SIMSWOP ON MY CONTRACT

This week I called Vodacom and did an upgrade telephonically. Next day received my new devices with an additional sim card. Attempted to activate the sim and was told it did not work and that I was to throw it away and a new sim was received the next day. Before I could even activate it, Vodacom had already activated the new card and some lamebrain in their back office did an unauthorized simswop on my existing no to the new no. This has resulted in my money app being suspended and after spending hours on the phone with customer care, after sales care, I have no resolution. To crown it all, at 2.02am today a debit order was put through on my account!!! I am livid and as my contracts expire I will be canceling them all and move to a better service provider.

Reviewer Update
Well, well, it is now 9.30am on Monday morning following Vodacom responding saying that a consultant will contact me shortly. Not sure how long shortly is for theim?? I have since seen that over and above my Nedbank money app being suspended, I am now unable to do internet banking as Nedbank have detected a simswop and I am now also suspended from doing online banking as my device is not trusted. This problem needs to rectified THIS MORNING, or I will report this issue to the Consumer Complaints Commission! I expect resolution TODAY!
