Putrid Service!!!

Vodacom your level of service is putrid, your unhelpful staff all need to be educated on the devices not the customer telling them what they need to do. I'm tired of being transferred from one person to the next with nobody solving the issue. Then to top it off when you as the customer advises what we could do the phone gets put down in your ear. Vodacom is the worst network and services - they have my number but do you think anyone call back to apologize for not sorting the issue out or dropping the call - NO!!
