putrid service

I app**** for and received my iphone 6 in the month of June/July. Ever since i received my phone I have not ONCE picked up 4G with this cell phone. I previously had an iphone 5 and it picked up 4G almost every area I went into. This is so frustrating and annoying! I have been in and out of the Blue Route vodacom branch and once into the cavendish and canal walk vodacom branches and to this day has my cell phone picked up 4G. Im so used to the fast internet when I had the 4G network on my iphone 5. The staff members at all those branches pretended to be helpful probably just to get me away and out of their stores. I am still waiting and waiting for this problem to be sorted out. I will never open discussions with vodacom again, neither will I recommend friends and/or family to vodacom.
