Purpusfully damaging our phones

Hi,

I am sad to say I joined the long line of complaints about Vodacom repairs. I have always used a Nokia Lumia phone and decided in Apr this year that it was time to make the move to Android. The Sony Xperia Z3 really appealed to me and I decided to get it. It seemed so slow, the dialing function took 5 min to open, it did not sync with my car, it got hot, I could hear when people phoned me. I thougth this might be part of the android functionality as I had no idea what android phones were about. But after months of battling with this phone I decided to take it in for repairs . I booked it in at vodacom repair centre in Sandton. As per job receipt - no damages to device just minor dirt marks and scratches on side.,,is all it said. I received a sms later saying warranty void and it would cost me R2660 to repair. I was shocked, I phoned their escalations and was told to send a email to repairs escalations, they in return sent me a photo of apparently my phone where the sides were pulled away from the phone. This was in no way my phone as I had proof, I also took photos of my phone beforehand....what BS!!! Can anyone advise me what to do pls??
