Purchased data but never received it!

On Monday evening ( 18 September) I purchased R110 airtime and 5Gigs data online. My Airtime came through straight away but my data got deducted from my account but did not show on my phone. Within 10 to 15 min my airtime was down to R9, this is when I realized that even though I had been charged for the data it didn't reflect on my phone. I phoned into vodacom and I was told their systems weren't uploading and they will call me when they can give me an answer.

I held back from buying data so that I can resolve this issue until i realized I needed the data for work so I bought 1gig data the next day in the afternoon with no issues. On Thursday the 25th I bought another 5 gig data and R110 airtime. Again I only received the airtime and not the data. I immediately switched off the data on my phone and called vodacom in hopes. I received the same reasons of their systems being down and I must wait for their call.

It's Saturday the 23rd now, I am still R800 down plus the airtime that gets depleted due to out of rate charges for data and no data. I mean really, it's costing me so much to just get data and it's just unacceptable!! I seriously feel ****** and I'm not being helped on this ! I have not recovered my data or my money.
