Purchased a phone, no product received. No assistance given either to solve the problem

I bought a cell phone on the vodacom online store on Saturday 27 April which I accessed through the Vodapay app.

Vodacom has deducted the money from my bank account and has sent me no confirmation email or sms and has not delivered my cell phone I bought. I have phoned int vodacom many times only to be transferred to a different department which deals with queries relating to the cell phone number and not the purchasing of a new cell phone. I then phoned the sales and upgrades number and managed to speak to someone who told me to send an email to ***. I was told that I would receive assistance in 48 hours. No one has contacted me. Instead I received an automatic reply saying that I must migrate to the vodapay app and that it is hassle free. No reference number was given. I was given no response saying that someone would assist me. I phoned the sales number today and now it is saying that I must upload airtime to make the call. Why should I spend my airtime on a long call to fix a problem that vodacom created? I could not get to speak to anyone. Now I phoned the 135 customer care number and could not get to speak to anyone. The call ended and I received a sms form tobi the chat assistant. How is a virtual assistant going to help solve this problem? Does vodacom really take people's money like this, not give them the product and then make it hard for customers to phone in to get help?

This is not on!

Two of these sales below did not go through. The other went through and deducted my money from my account yet on the vodapay app, it says "processing" for all three order purchases.

Order number: *** E***

Order number: *** E***

Order number: *** E***

Vodacom needs to fix this problem or return my money. It is 6 days later and no one has assisted me despite my many attempts to get assistance.

This is the worst service I have received.

I received an email from vodacom saying they contacted me. This phone call happened while I was sleeping yesterday. I rep**** to the email with the Information they requested. I received a sms from vodaom saying the following:

"Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1TO7-1VPL1P has been closed. Thank you Vodacom."

This is extremely frustrating. Vodacom has deducted my money for a sale via vodapay app for a cell phone and not given me the product. Vodacom is making it difficult for this problem to be solved and now sending me a sms saying the case is closed?

All the information is in the emails I sent which is in more than one email. Why is it so difficult to solve the problem? Either give my money back or give me the cell phone. Don't send me sms messages saying the case is closed when you have not solved anything.

Good day

This problem Is still not resolved. It shows again in my bank account that vodacom has now deducted the money on 8 May.

I thought that the money was reverted and went back in my bank account but this is not the case. Why was it deducted again? I will accept either the money back or the cell phone. Can you please send me the cell phone I ordered so that we can close this matter.

Can you please give me a contact number of someone I can speak to urgently. It is difficult sorting this matter out when there is no one I can speak to directly.

Kind regards

Wardah Ahmed
