Purchased 2 GB of Bundles. Vodacom charges R2000

Hello <br> I bought 2 GB of bundles from Vodacom today. They are billing me of R2000 at out of bundle rates. If this is not resolved tomorrow first thing I will be taking out a cell phone with another provider and will be leaving Vodacom permanently. My contract has luckily already expired. I pay religiously in the region of R800 per month.<br> Nobody was able to help me today when I called. <br> Terrible service.
