Purchase paid for but still no delivery

This is my 6th request for Vodacom eshop to deliver my Samsung ear buds purchased and paid for on their black Friday sales. Todate no one can resolve or deliver my purchase. Really poor from Vodacom, what type of **** is Vodacom running
