Purchase Limit Issue Not Resolved

I have an issue with my spending limit on my account. When it reaches a specific amount, I cannot purchase anything from the Google PlayStore.

I phoned customer support and the agent told me there was no limit. I could clearly hear she had no clue what I was talking about, so I said I would go into a Vodacom store and ask for assistance there.

I went into the store and after I showed the consultant the issue and a bit of explaining he pulled up my account and we could clearly see that I was not even at half of my available limit.

He proceeded to log a ticket, to which Vodacom responded that it was resolved a few days later.

Guess what happened when I tested? The issue persists. I cannot purchase items from the Google Play Store after I reached a specific amount.

Either the staff are *********** or there is a mistake on my account.

I am not even going to bother going back.

You can't get the help you need from the call center and support staff in their stores can't assist you directly.

But hey, as long as they can sign me up for a new contract then we are all good.
