Purchase data bundle - not delivered

I bought a data bundle online through [URL Removed] . I received confirmation that it went through and a message saying \your data may take a few minutes to reflect"was displayed. 20 minutes later and nothing has been loaded. I called the call centre who then informed me that it could take up to 24 hours. Nowhere on the site does it say this. and I would never have purchased it online if I had known this. I am out of bundle and do not want to incur the abhorrent costs associated with out of bundle use. Please advise beyond the usual \""sorry you have to wait\"". Not good enough."""
