Purchase content 2
My invoice has a (purchase content 2) that I'm not aware of,this has been ongoing from January till now and bill keeps on increasing every month and I contacted Vodacom with no help,I didn't ask for extras only the original amount which is R513 but I'm paying over a R1000 , I'm being ****med by Vodacom,I didn't sign up for this!!! This month the bill is R1700 imagine, I'm very disappointed Customer service aren't helping me,they telling me I should go to istore and didn't purchase the phone at istore,I bought it at Vodacom

21 Apr 2026, 13:18I can even provide Screenshot To show that I don’t have any subscription under my Name or Number.I didn’t install Netflix or showmax on this phone so Stop Lying and tell the truth.I am paying a lot of money on Something that I don’t know!!!On the first call with the Customer Service they said they don’t see any subscriptions under this number/Phone I also Doubled checked by using *135*997# It also confirmed that I do not have any subscriptions .On the second call they tell me the other story that I have subscription.I don’t wanna hear any stories anymore because they’re all lies I want refund on the money they took for Purchase content and Take the money that is needed case closed!!!!!!

It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. Please be advised we have checked our system and the content service refund tool failed to credit the account manually, there fore we have spoken to the account holder and confirmed that a credit of R1020, has been processed which will be on the Vodacom account within the next 48 hours.
