Pulling Hen's teeth

Trying to cancel a month to month contract with Vodacom is like pulling hens teeth.. It just never happens. When you eventually get throught to someone they first try and convince you not to cancel the contract and try to offer you all sorts of supa dupa deals then when you insist on the cancellation the put you on hold forever until you put the phone down in frustration.. I have been trying to cancel this contract for two years now with no success
