PS4 bundle with upgrade

<p>On 07/01/2017 I went to the vodacom shop in east rand mall for my upgrade. A sales consultant by the name of Thabang helped me with my upgrade and persuaded me to take the Sony deal that would have a Playstation 4 in for a little bit more on my account. I agreed and the deal was done quickly but then I found out that the shop does not have PS4 in store. a promise was made by the consultant to come back to me by 12/01/2017 and that I would be able to collect it then as the stock will be arriving soon. What a joke! I have been in store to try and find out what is going on and what to do. All they say is please phone vodacom distribution centre. Plus they will charge me for what I have not even received yet. The level of service and help is pathetic and it seems "we" work only to make money and not supplying what is promised. I am seriously considdering going to a lawyer to have a go at vodacom for breach of contract, misleading information supp**** to the public for gain.</p> <p> </p> <p>No phone number from vodacom work so somebody please help!!!!</p>
