Provide incorrect information on level of coverage

I stay just north of Boundary Road in North Riding in a housing estate. The Vodacom coverage map for that whole area shows that they cover the area at a 3G strength. Bottom line is that I have never in 16 months that I have stayed there ever had a 3G level signal. It is either Edge or just H and in many many instances the signal is not present at all allowing for only emergency calls. This is just not on. What the heck. I have tried to phone and make enquiries but no one knows who to talk to. What shoddy service to say the least.
