Protective film

Vodacom westwood mall in question . We fitted 2 protective films on the phone which came with a lifelong warranty we went through to have the film done as the quality was terrible and after a year came out. We were told the company closed down. If the item is sold by vodacom how can they just back down on the warranty . The excuse is we can't help as the product is not available. How did you associate with such a brand.
