Proof of Purchase - Repairs

I called Vodacom on 082 111 the 19th April 2016 for assistance with a request for a proof of purchase. I spoke to a lady who instructed me to send through a copy of my ID to *** for the request to be processed. From there no feedback was given and i followed up on the initial call again. I then spoke to different gent by the name of neo Kelejane, if om not mistaken, I then waited a further 4 working days and still no document received. He has been quiet since then, so i thought I might take the initiative to call back again. Fast forward to today then I get put through to a lady by the nema of Asive, who directs me to the Sales Dept. I speak to Miyelani who notifies me that Vodacom does not keep proof of client contracts and she instructs me to call 082 111 to ask to chat to anybody in the VSP dept. I get through to Ezile Jongmuso who lets me know that "my request with the VSP" was closed for no reason. His exact words. He logs a second call/ticket without my knowledge and then instructs me to wait until "maybe" mid week Wednesday 11 May 2016 despite having waited since the 19th April for a document to reach me. I was told then that the first ticket log then falls away and "I will just have to wait". I am saddened by the service received and the fact remains that I still have no solution and i'm the only follow up being done is from my side. Please may I be assisted in driving'effective efforts that will amicably resolve this very basic query? Whom shall I contact?
