Prompt response to HelloPeter and then ..nothing!

On 19 March I posted a complaint about Vodacom not responding from the beginning of March to a request to cancel data cards. I was so impressed as they responded to my complaint on the same day and gave me an e-mail address to which to send my details. I did this ...... but no further response from Vodacom. I resent my e-mail 5 days later on the 24th of March ..... no further response from Vodacom. On the 26th of March I responded to my post on HelloPeter asking why no one is coming back to me ..... and once again no further response. And to think this was the service provider I was considering moving to. I think my next step will be the Consumer Commission, as I have all the e-mails etc as proof that I have been trying for a month now to cancel my data cards. Another odd thing about Vodacom, for some reason they have split my port folio into two and put through 2 debit orders monthly. We have just switched banks and the new bank has been attending to the debit order switch for us. Vodacom approved the one and rejected the other. The person that asked me to e-mail him but has not responded to either of my e-mails is Fabian October, Escalations Support Desk.
