Promotional Harrasment

I honestly don't know anymore. I've repeatedly asked in the past, that I dont receive any type of communication for promotional offers. Not for upgrades, not for new phones, nothing! It stops for a month, then it starts up again. Now I'm getting messages from a store in CAPE TOWN, which is a 1000km from me. I've NEVER been to this store or to cape town, so why am I getting messages from them! I've opted out on the vodacom app, I've send emails, I've sent whatsapps. Why won't you people stop contacting me???? This is a clear violation of the POPIA act and you still insist on contacting me. First it was chatz. Now it's vodacom4u.
