Promotional Data Bundle Gone After Migration

Hi<br> I have migrated one of my contract package to u smart S. Before this I have received as part of my Contract a 250Meg Bundle. Since the migration this 250meg has disappeared. I need a answer as the help desk cannot give any answer at all, which is un acceptable. The 250Meg was part of the contract as I trade in my S3 for the S5 Gold., and its not part of the Package. Feeling very frustrated as it seems that big companies just do as they pleases.
