Promotion Purchase

I was at the vodacom store on the 7 Oct at 14:00 to purchase a laptop deal for 299 with the 4GB data. I was assisted by Lelo who has no passion for customer service. I was told the system is slow and goes on and off. I completed the manual app and gave copy of my ID. I asked her to capture on Sunday latest as the special was ending the 8th and she explained that she will be off so I asked that she gives it to someone else who can proceed and that I may be called and explained that this is what I want and I came to the store before the promotion would end. She promised to call on Monday. No call was received I had to call at 2 then she only called me back at 4:00 to explain that my application was not captured and that the promotion has ended and I now need to take a package of 279 with a 2GB deal. Which is not what I requested. Then she goes on with bad attitude that this can not be fixed as the system was offline What I expected her to do firstly was to call another branch which is online and refer me there or call the call centre or even ask someone on the Sunday to capture the application. I took my time to go to the mall with my sick child on a rainy Saturday to get a laptop for school. Why would a consultant not make any means of assisting a client

I want that laptop at the price I saw it at or is this false advertising as I did not see any where on the terms and conditions of a store that if it is offline we loose out on the deal I want management to contact me about this bad service I firstly received from Lelo and what are the contingency measures that are placed for systems that are offline as customers we are there to purchase the product which is being offered
