Promises on FB/email doesnt happen
Complained before about a promised migration. November they waive the fee and I give good report. Having that, they take the waiver back and bill me. I call to query, and escalation was made to query with promise to call back in 24 hours ... 36 hours later nothing BUT they take money out my account for goodness knows what!
