Promises not kept -- Very dissapointing!!!

<p>I went to Vodashop Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg on Sunday to upgrade. The Wi-fi Router was faulty, and Christofer promised that he will order and be available within 2 days. We went to the shop today, 4 days later, only find that nobody knew about this arrangement, as Christofer is not available. When I phone the shop, Nicole, the Manager, was suddenly not available, and it was said that she left the shop. I am very dissapointed that the promises made, was not kept. The debt order went off, so my money was good enough???????? Please get compitent people that really want to help the customers at this shop!!!.....it will force us to go to other companies!!!</p>
