Promises not kept!
<p>On 3 December 2015 my husband upgraded his contract and was promised a Powerbank which came with the upgrade from the Vodacom Nicolway store in Fourways. That is when the nightmare began.... the customer service is pathetic! I have made numerous calls only to be told they will call me back which they never do!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disappointed because I have been a loyal customer for many years.</p>
