PROMISES - NO DELIVERY!

n the 7th of November I launched a complaint against Vodacom - Arthur Jantjies from Vodacom was very professional and friendly - made me a promise that Vodacom will refund me R300,00 airtime they owe me and stop the contract that was cancelled, but alas ... no refund, contract still going ..... what now? Do I ignore it - NO! do I continue to COMPLAIN .... I don't really want to, but I HAVE to! Please Vodacom, please come to the party! It has been 4 (FOUR) months since my complaint!!!
